To achieve our goals, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Business Finance/ FP&A expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive annual financial plans and develop sophisticated financial models.
  • Monitor targets and implement course corrections as needed to ensure alignment between planned and actual results.
  • Publish regular Management Information Systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management teams.
  • Analyze revenue streams in depth, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct periodic data reconciliation to identify discrepancies between internal and insurer data, and work closely with both parties to close revenue gaps.
  • Analyze cost-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor key metrics, and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support metric reporting for relevant processes.
  • Participate in projects aimed at automating systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong data collection and manipulation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, influencing and persuading them when necessary.
  • Excellent business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superb written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, presentations, and models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles is highly valued.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite is a plus.
