About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Processes: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Accounting Operations: Handle accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Statutory Compliance: Support statutory reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Audit Support: Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation for transparency and accountability.
  • Analytics and Budgeting: Provide variance analysis and assist in budgeting/forecasting to drive business decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency in accounting operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 0–5 years of corporate accounting or audit experience; new graduates welcome.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge an advantage.
