Job Title:
Financial Operations ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our finance team in Mumbai. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts, including payables and receivables.
- Report to and assist the Finance & Accounts Manager regarding accounts and finance-related issues.
- Process balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Manage bills from vendors, check, get approval, and coordinate for their payments to be done.
- Procure bank statements monthly from all banks and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Ensure timely and proactive execution of engagement(s) to ensure success.
