We are a globally recognized leader in customized products and services with a vast distribution network across the world.

Our company has been established for over 20 years, and we have made significant strides in our industry. We are known for being the first in India to manufacture and supply Methyl Bromide, which we started producing since 2004 at our plant in Goa. In addition, we have set up plants in Rajasthan and Gujarat for commercial production of various chemicals.

We are now looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing branding, positioning, and pricing strategies, ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts. They will also analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas, identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share, and craft quarterly and annual hiring plans. Additionally, they will monitor competition, coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness, and participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
