Job Title: Sr Performance Marketing Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Performance Marketing Executive to lead our paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and implement paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, leveraging your expertise in campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven adjustments to enhance key metrics.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes, adjusting our strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Paid Media Experience: Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • A/B Testing: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
