We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Media Buyer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing paid ads campaigns for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and analyzing account demographics to develop targeted ad copy and creative suggestions
  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and confidence-building
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to gather valuable insights
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to inform decision-making
  • Suggesting and optimizing new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to enhance ROAS and conversions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new ideas into our strategy
  • Working closely with our team and clients to achieve target KPIs
  • Writing compelling copy with a direct response focus
  • Editing marketing content with exceptional grammar skills

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google, preferably for e-commerce and DTC brands

Minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend

At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience
