We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a key role in our organization. This position is critical for ensuring data quality, managing data pipelines, and providing operational support within our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and understand complex SQL queries, including joins and CTEs, to extract and manipulate data effectively.
  • Manage and monitor data pipelines in Azure Data Factory and Databricks, ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the integration with Veeva CRM and Salesforce, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure data quality checks and business level checks in data pipelines of ADF and Databricks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data and pipeline-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data delivery within committed SLAs, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Azure DevOps and Release processes, streamlining handovers from development to operations.
  • Work in different time zones, collaborating with global teams to provide operational activities related to services.
  • Maintain strong documentation skills, producing clear and concise reports and procedures.
Skill Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering/technology, computer science, or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues.
  • Azure DP-203 certification, showcasing expertise in data processing and management.
  • Databricks Related certifications would be advantageous, highlighting additional skills and knowledge.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Primary Technologies: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Azure Dedicated SQL Pools, SQL, Python/PySpark.
  • Secondary Technologies: Unity Catalog, Lakehouse Architecture.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Automation would be beneficial.
