Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on both above-the-line (ATL) strategies and digital marketing initiatives.


The role enhances the brand's presence across traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience engagement. It also drives digital optimization efforts, including SEO and content strategy, to strengthen the brand's visibility and reach.


The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in ATL and digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods. A strong background in campaign management, social media strategy, and data analytics is essential.


The Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives. This includes managing campaign budgets, coordinating with creative agencies, and tracking performance metrics.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, utilizing both ATL (TV, radio, print) and digital marketing channels.
  • Above-the-Line (ATL) Marketing: Coordinate with creative agencies to develop impactful TV, radio, print, POS & retail merchandising creatives.
  • Digital Marketing & Optimization: Develop and maintain a content calendar for digital platforms, ensuring content consistency and audience engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor and analyze ATL and digital campaign performance, generating reports to measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in ATL and digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
  • Proficiency in Excel
