Job Role: User Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google Adwords, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Build, track, and analyze campaign performance based on ROI, ROAS, and projected LTV.
  • Work with the design team to develop creative assets for advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate attribution and report generation.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on campaign strategies and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role.
  • Practical working knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and UA KPIs.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in math, marketing, or finance.
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in user acquisition, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics-driven decision making.

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with our design and engineering teams to develop creative assets and ensure accurate attribution and report generation.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a strong leader who can guide and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on campaign strategies and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
