We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who is hungry to grow, takes complete ownership of clients, and is passionate about driving business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on return on ad spend, growth, and retention.
- Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate with our creative teams to align campaigns with client goals.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (return on ad spend, click-through rate, cost per acquisition, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value).
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
- Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
- Proven track record of delivering return on ad spend and scaling campaigns profitably.
- A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
- Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
- Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
