Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional from the pharmaceutical industry to manage full-spectrum accounting responsibilities, including GST, TDS, inventory accounting, vendor/customer reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Zoho Books, Tally, and possess a solid understanding of pharma-related compliance and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9)
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations
  • Maintain inventory accounting (raw material, WIP, finished goods)
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and statutory audits
  • Ensure compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms and tax laws
  • Work on Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems for financial data management

Candidate Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance in a pharma or manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory accounting
  • Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar ERP tools
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting
