What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Provide finance support to the Forecasting and Budgeting Business team and oversee financial planning requirements.
  • Lead the interpretation and management of Business Units (BU) financial requirements and support monthly and quarterly accounting close processes.
  • Offer ad-hoc analytics to support business decisions and contribute to moderately complex projects.
  • Use judgment to modify methods and techniques, and support finance managers in their duties.
  • Manage local bank accounts, provide journal entries, and prepare balance sheet reconciliations and statutory accounts.
  • Actively participate in financial matters, including purchasing, orders management, supplier contact, budget setup, monthly expenses justification, and bank account management.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate's degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in computer systems and financial tools such as SAP and Ariba
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven abilities in analysis and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Strong relationship management skills with both customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
