We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting procedures and policies.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
