Export Sales Manager - Global Spice Trade

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our global spice trade efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales, international business, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for global export sales of our spice portfolio.
  • Foster relationships with key international buyers, importers, and distributors through lead generation, trade platforms, and exhibitions.
  • Oversee end-to-end export operations, including inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the logistics, production, and packaging teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Maintain awareness of global trends in spices, pricing, and competition to maintain market advantage.
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND PROVIDE CONSISTENT AFTER-SALES SUPPORT.
  • Represent the company at international expos, trade delegations, and B2B meetings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales within the spices or agro-commodity industry.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade laws, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience managing international client portfolios and closing export deals.
  • Ability to travel overseas when required.

A degree in International Business, Agri-business, or a related field is preferred.
