Role Overview:

The successful candidate will manage office operations, support internal teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Their responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating daily office operations, assisting in scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for management, maintaining office supplies, records, and administrative systems, supporting HR and accounts teams with documentation and reporting, and more.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin Executive, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
