Senior Automation Specialist

We seek a skilled and dedicated individual to assume a key role in driving quality and innovation as a Senior Automation Specialist. This challenging opportunity involves harnessing expertise in Python automation, PyTest, and Appium to architect and build robust, scalable frameworks from scratch.

  • Design & Develop: Craft high-quality test scripts using Python, PyTest, and Appium, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software releases.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with developers and product owners in an Agile/DevOps culture to define test strategies, champion quality, and drive best practices across engineering teams.
  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize automated tests to enhance efficiency, accelerate delivery, and minimize defects.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Perform thorough root cause analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to maintain exceptional product quality.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • 6-9 years of experience in QA with a strong emphasis on hands-on automation.
  • Proficiency in Python and PyTest.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile automation for iOS and Android using Appium.
  • Proven expertise in web automation using Selenium.
  • Exposure to Windows application automation (PyWinAuto, WinAppDriver).
  • A solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
  • A passion for quality and a relentless drive for improvement.
