Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

About the Job:

  • Analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs across the loan life cycle, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Translate BRD into FSD, documenting clear requirements, scope, and objectives for effective project delivery.
  • Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis (AS-IS vs TO-BE), and design automated solutions, fostering collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop process flows, wireframes, dashboards, and reports, maintaining detailed project documentation for easy reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution delivery, driving projects forward through careful planning and execution.
  • Perform impact analysis, functional testing, SIT & UAT, guaranteeing optimal system performance and meeting customer expectations.
  • Validate solutions with stakeholders, obtaining sign-offs and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, keeping stakeholders informed and up-to-date on project progress.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, focusing on analytical skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analyst roles, with a strong understanding of LOS & LMS processes and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and execute tasks efficiently.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in .Net applications, AngularJS, MS SQL Server, and SQL querying.
    • Familiarity with API integration and Postman testing.
    • Experience with change management tools and software development methodologies.

    • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
