Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a bakery or culinary environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
