Device Engineering Fellow

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead device engineering teams in transferring advanced technologies from partner facilities to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Develop and improve process modules, focusing on yield improvement, failure mechanisms, and analytical techniques.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to set performance targets and analyze costs.
  • Work with integration teams on test chip layouts and ensure project performance requirements are met.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams across diverse geographies.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers based on confidence in our technical capabilities.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and develop roadmaps to drive innovation.
  • Present technical information to internal and customer senior executives.
  • Travel as necessary to support business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • M.S or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of device physics, transistor physics, and fabrication details.
  • Experience guiding TCAD and compact modeling teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and transferring technologies into high-volume manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of CMOS, SRAM, and eNVM parameters and figures of merit.
  • Familiarity with Finfet structures and E-test structures.
  • Leadership skills and ability to achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and geographies.
