  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques, and compact modeling.
  • Experience in guiding TCAD teams and achieving competitive performance is essential.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS, SRAM, eNVM parameters and figures of merit is required.
  • Leadership skills to influence all levels of the organization are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated with a strong drive to win is essential.
  • Team player with the ability to work across diverse cross-functional teams spread across the world is required.
  • Collaborative and open-minded approach to problem-solving is essential.
  • Proven track record in developing new technologies and transferring them into production is necessary.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
    1. Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
    2. Deep knowledge of transistor physics and fabrication details especially planar MOSFET and BJT.
    3. Ability to optimize transistors based on different implant and other process steps.
    4. Experience in cross-functional team leadership and project completion within timeline and cost targets.
    1. 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
    2. Proven problem-solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools.
