Job Title: Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or recruitment. You will be responsible for researching and identifying top talent, developing client relationships, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of search execution, including research, sourcing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality results, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in executive search or recruitment.
  • Bright, articulate (both oral and written) and well-presented.
  • Well-organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
