Job Title: Performance Optimization Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • You will design and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that meet business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.
  • Your key responsibilities include campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • You will analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • A successful candidate will have experience in team leadership, mentoring junior marketers, managing external agencies, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and tracking efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience delivering measurable ROI and managing budgets effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
