Job Description

As a Key Player in our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge search, chat, and workflow automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Glean APIs with various data sources, including Google Drive and Slack.

You will leverage your expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional search engines to develop innovative signals that personalize and improve search results. Additionally, you will automate business processes by orchestrating multi-step workflows and building agents that synthesize and act on enterprise data.

Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and excellent data-handling skills, with the ability to design and evaluate experiments that influence product direction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or C++ for building production-ready code and machine learning models.
  • Expertise with search, NLP, recommendation systems, or similar large-scale ML technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills, with the ability to design and evaluate experiments that influence product direction.
