- Lead multiple audits from planning to completion, including supervision/mentoring of staff and building/maintaining relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to provide world-class client service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA is preferred.
- At least 5+ years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
