Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting assignments in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors. This role requires strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans; managing day-to-day project activities; coordinating and supervising consultants, analysts, and external partners; serving as the main point of contact for clients; and preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
