Investment Banking Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team in Gurgaon, supporting clients across various industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a dedicated team for an investment bank, preparing company profiles, pitch books, industry overviews, and discussion documents by analyzing business and financial models.
  • Conduct high-quality analysis on projects, including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments through secondary research.
  • Show a good understanding of financial analysis, including operational and financial benchmarking, trading and transaction comparables.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction, demonstrating strength in client relationship building and management, and information needs assessment.

Required Background:

  • MBA, CFA, or CA qualification.
  • 5-7 years of experience supporting the Investment banking division of a bank, consulting firm, boutique firm, or advisory firm.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team as required.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Factset, Factiva, Merger Market, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
