Senior Technical Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Lead to spearhead the development of high-performance web applications. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, cutting-edge solutions using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.

About the Role:
  • You will lead the design and development of complex systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • You will drive technical decision-making across the product and platform, leveraging your expertise in backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features, collaborating on architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Key Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience with Node.js and MongoDB, including a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.
  • Proven track record of architecting complex systems and shipping scalable, high-performance web applications in production.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI in the software engineering lifecycle.
