We are seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop and optimize search solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Advanced Search Functionality: Use modern search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr or similar platforms) to create scalable search applications with a focus on relevancy, performance and user experience.
  • Develop High-Quality Search Applications: Combine strong software engineering skills with deep knowledge of information retrieval systems to create efficient indexing strategies and data preparation pipelines.
  • Create and Optimize Search Algorithms: Develop ranking models and retrieval methods to improve search quality and user experience.
  • Implement Machine Learning Models: Utilize machine learning techniques to improve search ranking and relevance scoring.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in software engineering and search solution development.
  • Strong Proficiency in Programming Languages such as Java, Python or Scala.
  • Hands-on Experience with Search Engines like Elasticsearch, Solr or similar.
