Job Summary

This position involves managing banking and finance operations.

  • Liaising with banks for day-to-day banking operations
  • Assisting with cash management across various bank accounts
  • Producing regular financial reports on liquidity
  • Obtaining necessary tax documentation
  • Preparation of weekly payment summaries
  • Review of employee claims
  • Credit card management
  • Licenses procurement
  • Producing monthly payment reports for accounting
  • Assisting with the execution of financing deals
  • Assistance in daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, EMI repayments
  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts
  • Preparing and recording journal entries using our financial software to support a timely month-end close
  • Assisting with timely payment of all statutory dues
  • Partnering with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management
  • Assisting the team in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly cash projections
  • Assisting with annual external audits, completing requested materials
Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience handling banking transactions
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • A highly entrepreneurial, proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Driven by data and analytical, a good understanding of Excel is preferred
