About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our leadership team as Chief of Staff. This role requires an individual who can effectively drive strategy, execution, and problem-solving skills to propel business growth.

  • As the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end supply ecosystem, including fabric sourcing, vendor partnerships, demand planning, inventory management, and distribution.
  • You will work closely with various departments, such as design, merchandising, retail, and finance, to ensure seamless collection rollouts and align supply with launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone that enables rapid and profitable growth.
  2. Vendor & Production Leadership: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers across hubs like Jaipur, Surat, Tirupur, etc.
  3. Demand & Inventory Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, optimize working capital, and ensure timely supply chain operations.
  4. Operational Excellence: Establish systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
  5. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing Supply team.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10–15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.
  • Leadership and organizational skills to build and manage high-performing teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with Jaipur as the central base.
