Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Lead a high-performing quality assurance team to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality are met in the production of high-fashion goods.

The Senior QA Manager will oversee all aspects of quality control, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with international standards and certifications. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with company goals and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quality Leadership: Develop and execute quality initiatives to drive continuous improvement across production processes, enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
  2. Quality Standards & Compliance: Establish and maintain quality standards specific to high-fashion products, including fabrics, trims, and finishing details. Ensure compliance with international quality standards, certifications, and ethical manufacturing practices.
  3. Technical Oversight & Inspection: Oversee technical inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. Develop and refine inspection protocols and testing procedures for fabrics, dyes, stitching, fit, and finishing.
  4. Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality specifications are met. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality raw materials and components.
  5. Product Development Support: Work closely with design and development teams to review technical specifications and prototypes. Perform technical evaluations of garments, including fit, finish, stitching, and fabric integrity.
  6. Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff, inspectors, and technicians. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous learning within the team.
  7. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvement progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior QA Manager or similar role in a high-fashion manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, including ISO 9001.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
