Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media strategy and online presence. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with expertise in social media marketing, digital analytics, and content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
