**Job Title:** Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager to lead our service operations in Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service delivery, ensuring timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and resolving customer complaints in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.

Your role will involve coordinating across departments to ensure smooth service delivery, guiding and mentoring service engineers and technicians, and maintaining service documentation and performance reports. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction by collaborating with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Pharma Engineering or related field, with at least 8-10 years of experience in the Tooling industry. Your leadership and team management skills should be exceptional, with excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
