Job Title: Senior Design Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to own revenue growth and manage critical performance metrics of both business and people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute actively to business decisions through qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis.
  • Develop a strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience required to maximize business results.
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Own the quality of design closure of products and services for the region.
  • Drive and meet key performance indicators such as successful and timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree or comparable degree in Architecture/Design. Master of Business Administration would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team(s) or selling design products/services through a group of designers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, market trends, etc.
