Job Title: Senior Director- Product Design Team

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our product design team. As Senior Director- Product Design Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product design strategy, leading a team of talented designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Facing Influence: Engage in early client discussions to shape design strategy, translating needs into actionable insights.
  • Design Ops: Establish and streamline design operations to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
