Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving enrollment numbers and contributing to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Student Counseling: Advise prospective students on Airblack's makeup and beauty courses via various communication channels
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollments and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
- Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollments

BenefitsAirblack offers a competitive salary range, estimated to be between ₹4.2 lakhs to ₹4.8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
