We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional to expand our hiring pipeline, build strategic partnerships, and promote open job positions across digital platforms and campus networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and establish relationships with top colleges, training institutes, and placement agencies worldwide.
- Promote job openings through various channels, including social media, job boards, and campus recruitment programs.
- Manage job fairs, webinars, and hiring events to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and HR teams to meet hiring requirements and ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Broaden our talent pipeline by leveraging LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other networking opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key hiring metrics, tracking progress against established targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment trends, job platforms, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture external partnerships, driving business growth and success.
- Results-oriented individual with strong negotiation and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and conduct regular visits as required.
