Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our DevOps transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies with a proven track record of automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams to establish and implement DevOps workflows and best practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools.
  • Implement and manage automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor and analyze application performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce security standards and guidelines across the organization.
  • Document and share DevOps knowledge and best practices with the team and wider organization.
Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with monitoring and analyzing application performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud computing experience on AWS.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security standards and guidelines.
