Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the development and performance of all sales strategies in assigned markets. As a key accounts manager, you will drive primary sales, secondary sales, and ensure brand presence in defined markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan trade activation business and overall sales initiatives to drive growth.
  • Identify potential towns and appoint distributors/customers in line with business philosophy.
  • Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitors' brands.
  • Carry out activations across trade and clinics for brand visibility.
  • Plan and conduct merchandising and sampling activities as per Division strategy.
Requirements
  • Ensure 100% coverage of doctors in assigned markets.
  • Meet customer call average as per customer management plan.
  • Collect market intelligence and manage retailer-level inventory calls.
Additional Opportunities
  • Attend retail meets, market blitzes, and other events for sales growth.
  • Facilitate new product launches in the territory by targeting customers and meeting them at predetermined intervals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics is essential, along with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
