Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, B2B professional to drive our business growth and marketing strategy in India and beyond. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, and proven B2B experience. The candidate will be in charge of creating distributor and institutional connections, managing important marketing projects, and ensuring our value offer reaches the appropriate audiences, reporting to the S&M leader with a dotted line to our India CEO.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, handling client communications, preparing proposals, and providing post sales services related to drone -based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients (academia, R&D, training organizations, etc.).
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives to support business development and market expansion.
  • Support the acquisition and onboarding of new distributors, including negotiation, contract coordination, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Oversee and coordinate outsourced digital marketing activities, ensuring content quality, authenticity, and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, effective execution of marketing and business development projects.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the marketing department, bringing initiative, structure, and a customer-centric mindset.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong B2B marketing and business development skills, with a proven track record in channel/distributor management or institutional sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability - comfortable balancing planning with action.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external vendors (digital, content, events, etc.).
  • High initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable with data, market research, and performance metrics.

Prior Experience

  • 5 years of relevant B2B experience in marketing, business development, or channel management, ideally in technology, life sciences, or education sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business, managing partnerships, or launching B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with content creation and digital marketing coordination is a plus, but not the core requirement.
  • Prior experience in a cross-cultural role is highly valued.
  • Hands on digital marketeer preferred.
