We're seeking a seasoned marketplace professional to spearhead our expansion across leading Indian and global online marketplaces.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about fashion e-commerce and skilled in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and building strategies to scale sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage our presence across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
- Owning revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and build strategies to scale sales.
- Ensuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
- Strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
- Tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generating actionable insights, and building data-led strategies.
- Collaborating closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
- Ensuring compliance with platform requirements and building strong relationships with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
