We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to spearhead our performance marketing campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, etc.).
  • Craft and execute media plans with a proven track record of delivering exceptional return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Apply strategic thinking, data analysis, and technical expertise to drive campaign success.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize quality lead generation.
  • Create and optimize engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and report campaign performance regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying).
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
  • Good communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in EdTech or digital marketing training domain.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and lead tracking tools.
