Junior Influencer Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Influencer Specialist to manage influencer relationships, build databases, plan campaigns, and analyze results.

  1. Build and manage the Influencer Database across categories from Pan India, including platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new influencers, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  3. Negotiate with influencers to secure commercial partnerships.
  4. Prepare campaign reports in Excel and PowerPoint, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.
  5. Coordinate and manage expectations with influencers and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a database of top influencers across categories in India.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • Digital-first mindset, with a passion for internet and digital technologies.
  • Experience working in an agency, preferably in a marketing or communications role.
  • Ability to decode trends and analytics from data, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, with a focus on collaborative solutions.
