Job Description

We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in the financial services industry.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients and provide them with financial solutions that meet their needs. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client banking and investment requirements, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
