Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 7+ years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply user-centered design methods and usability principles to create intuitive experiences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, Product owners, PMs, and developers.
  • Create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Solve complex design problems using creative and critical thinking.
  • Present work effectively across different disciplines.
  • Familiarize yourself with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with the latest AI technologies.
  • Experience creating functional prototypes.
  • Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams.
  • Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • Bachelor's in Design (e.g., user experience, HCI, graphic) or equivalent professional experience.
  • A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
