Job Title: Technical Implementation Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the onboarding and technical enablement of enterprise customers across multiple cybersecurity solutions. This role is pivotal in facilitating seamless integration of these solutions into customer environments, thereby maximizing value aligned with their security objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive onboarding for enterprise customers on multiple Qualys Cyber Security products.
  • Conduct customized kickoff sessions, product walkthroughs, and configuration workshops tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Align solution deployment/configuration/optimization with customer business goals, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Technical Expertise:
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of Qualys agents, sensors, connectors, and APIs across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
  • Support secure integration with AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and containerized platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, and CRI-o.
  • Provide expertise in asset discovery, patch deployment, vulnerability scanning, and policy configuration.
Customer Success & Adoption:
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the implementation phase, ensuring successful adoption and long-term retention.
  • Educate and guide customers on platform capabilities, security use cases, and best practices.
  • Design and manage onboarding plans, training sessions, and success criteria tracking.

Required Qualifications include 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, exposure to cloud platforms, and familiarity with cybersecurity principles.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills are necessary for this role, as well as an analytical thinker with problem-solving orientation and flexible working schedule.
