IT Systems Manager

We are seeking an IT Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and integrating various systems, including CRM, LMS, SAAS platforms, telephony, ticketing systems, and marketing channels.

Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless system integration, optimize business processes, and drive project success across multiple stakeholders. You will oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective strategies for strong partnerships.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize organizational processes will be crucial to our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and integrate organizational systems, including CRM, LMS, SAAS platforms, telephony, ticketing systems, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research, gap assessments, requirement analysis, and build roadmaps for projects.
  • Act as the central project coordinator, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor relationships by monitoring service quality, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-effective strategies for strong, reliable partnerships.
  • Manage company IT assets and maintain robust network infrastructure to ensure connectivity, security, and maximum value utilization across locations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with system integration (CRM, LMS, telephony, SAAS platforms, marketing channels).
  • Proven expertise in project management (research, gap analysis, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize organizational processes.
