Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Client Solutions Partner. As a member of our core sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Data Science solutions to Enterprise clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading high-stakes discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders to diagnose fundamental business problems and opportunities ripe for data science;
  • Translating ambiguous business challenges into well-defined data science problems and framing the "art of the possible" in a way that is both ambitious and achievable for the client;
  • Architecting and presenting compelling, data-driven solution proposals that clearly articulate the approach and expected outcomes to secure buy-in from both technical and executive audiences;
  • Developing and quantifying the business case for change, building clear ROI models and impact forecasts that justify significant enterprise investment in data science and AI;
  • Mentoring and leading our brilliant team of young professionals, setting a high bar for strategic thinking and analytical rigor while fostering a culture of curiosity and growth;
  • Acting as the leading voice on data strategy for our customers and internal teams, educating the market on strategic AI adoption;

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A profound understanding of the data science landscape (ML, stats, etc.) and ability to architect solutions using native cloud services;
  • Exceptional business and financial acumen, including comfort with building business cases, talking about TCO and ROI, and mapping technical solutions directly to P&L impact;
  • Deep familiarity with at least one major cloud ecosystem (GCP, AWS, Azure) and ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time-sensitive work environment;
  • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques;
  • Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with passion for developing new value-added AI-based solutions for clients across various industries.
