Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered to work effectively. This will involve managing a range of tasks, from coordinating room bookings and reserving amenities to providing technical support and assisting with events.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive and productive work environment by anticipating and meeting the needs of employees.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage meetings rooms and ensure they are set up and maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support the planning and execution of events, including surprise and delight initiatives.
- Collaborate with WeWork to report and manage building-related issues.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors delivering office consumables and parcels.
- Produce regular updates, including a monthly newsletter and weekly update.
