  • Ensure our facilities and workplaces are well-maintained, partnering with building management and IT teams to maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant workspace.">
  • Lead the expansion of our workspace needs by collaborating with building management and advisors to identify opportunities for growth as our business scales.">
  • Develop a calendar of social, education, community, and volunteering events for our team, working closely with business leaders, internal champions, and colleagues to bring ideas to life.">
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, building management, and neighboring tenants.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. 8+ years of experience in people-focused roles such as workplace experience, employee engagement, office management, facilities, or hospitality events management.">
  3. A passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement, aiming to create an exceptional employee experience.">
  4. A low-ego attitude, ready to tackle any task, and excellent communication skills.">
  5. Strong attention to detail, execution-oriented, and ability to anticipate needs and changes.">
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating proactively and directly.">
  7. Reliable, punctual, and discreet, supporting a positive experience for the team.">
  8. Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures.">
  9. Good judgment, calm under pressure, and confident in meeting challenges.">
  10. Experience managing vendors, rent negotiations, and building management relationships, with a problem-solving mindset.">
